By accessing the Tokenless website, purchasing Tokenless, or using the software, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms shown at checkout or in the app.
The Service
Tokenless is a desktop tool for reading, compressing, and organizing files locally on your machine. The website also provides product information, checkout, and download links.
License
Subject to your purchase and compliance with these terms, Tokenless grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own internal or personal workflow.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Tokenless except as expressly permitted by us.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass activation or licensing controls except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates law or interferes with the operation of the website or software.
Purchases
Tokenless is sold as a one-time purchase unless we say otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you provide an email address during checkout, we may use it to deliver receipts, download access, or support purchase lookup.
Updates and Changes
We may update the software or the website at any time. If you use optional update or activation features, those features may contact our servers as described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimer
Tokenless is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment, or that the software will meet every workflow requirement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or software.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or software if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the service or other users.
